Honestly , I was worried this would be one more thing I had to squeeze in . Between work and the kids , my schedule is already full , but the workouts have actually been easy to fit into a normal week . It feels manageable , which is a huge plus for me .

I mainly signed up because I wanted help with intermittent fasting, like figuring out eating windows, what to do in the mornings, how to handle late-night snacking, that kind of thing. The info was easy to understand, and the group support was nice here and there, especially when people shared stuff like meal ideas, how they got through cravings, or what worked for busy days. I definitely picked up a few better habits, like drinking more water, planning meals ahead a bit, and not just giving up after one off day. But some days it felt like a lot to keep up with, between reading the tips, checking in, following the plan, and trying to remember all the little suggestions. I also wish there had been more super simple beginner advice, like clear examples of a first week, easy fasting schedules, basic do’s and don’ts, or what to eat when you break a fast. It wasn’t bad at all, and I did get some value from it, but it just wasn’t amazing for me.

I’ve been using the meal plans for a little while now, they’ve been easy to stick with. During the week, I like that the meals use simple foods I’d actually buy anyway, and I’m not eating the same boring thing every day. Signing up was easy, and the onboarding wasn’t bad, but it definitely felt like a tidal wave of information all at once. I had to go back and reread a few things because I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do first. The coach message was a nice touch, though, and made it feel a bit more personal. Overall, not a terrible experience by any means, just a little overwhelming in the beginning.

The program is laid out well and it’s easy enough to understand what you’re supposed to do next. I did like having clear steps to follow, because that part just makes sense. But there’s quite a bit to keep up with every week, and on normal busy days it can feel a little too rigid. A bit more flexibility would’ve made it easier to stick with.

"Surprisingly beginner-friendly, who knew?"
I was nervous starting Faster Way to Fat Loss because fitness plans and diets usually make me feel like I need a degree in meal timing and emotional endurance.
But this was actually easy to follow from the beginning. The steps made sense, and I didn’t feel ridiculous asking basic questions or taking things slow, which was a nice change from the usual “just figure it out” vibe.

I’m still learning, obviously, because I didn’t magically become a fitness expert overnight, shocking. But so far it’s been a really good fit for a beginner like me and not overwhelming, which is exactly what I needed...

I really like what this program is trying to do, and I can still use the app without too much trouble. Some things are easy enough to find, but other parts take more taps than they should and can feel confusing. It also loaded slowly for me a few times, which got frustrating. It’s not a bad app, but I really wish it felt simpler and smoother, because I want to enjoy using it more than I currently do

I do like that there are so many recipe choices, so I don’t feel like I’m stuck eating the same things all the time. That said, sometimes it’s a little overwhelming trying to pick one, but overall the variety is definitely nice.

I’d give Faster Way 4 stars. It felt more personal than a lot of other plans I’ve tried, especially with the meal ideas and the check-ins. It didn’t always fit perfectly with my schedule, and there were a few days where I wasn’t totally sure what to do, but overall it helped me stay on track. I liked it.

The community seems friendly overall, and people do try to help when they see your question. It’s just not always super active, so sometimes you might be waiting a while for a reply. Maybe it depends on the topic or time of day, but that’s been my experience so far
